Cancellation and No-Show Policy
As in any business that operates based on scheduled appointments, our daily schedule depends upon appointments being kept.
Each day we have a fixed number of spaces available for grooming. Because of the limited availability, we do have a stand-by list of pets waiting to be groomed.
Of course, we understand that unexpected things can arise in which you must cancel your pet’s grooming appointment. We ask that if you will not be able to keep your pet’s appointment, please call or email us at least 24 hours’ before the scheduled appointment time so that we can schedule another pet on the stand-by list.
Grooming appointments which are cancelled with less than 24 hours notification may be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.
A client who does not show up for the scheduled appointment without a call or an email to cancel will be considered as “no show.” A client who is a no-show may be subject to a $35.00 fee. If a client has two (2) or more no-shows, such client may be asked to pay for the scheduled grooming appointment in advance.
The cancellation and no show fees must be paid in full before the pet’s next scheduled appointment. Fees in certain instances may be waived but only with management approval.
